Special Auction Fundraiser July 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007

The National Kidney Foundation of Louisiana is conducting a unique fundraising event. Using an innovative technology, the entire event will take place online. By using the internet and email, we hope to raise funds to support the programs and services we offer to patients and families suffering from kidney disease. The auction will start on July 1, 2007 and end at 6 pm CST on July 31, 2007. We need your help to make it a success!

Why you should be involved:

To show your support of kidney disease and organ transplantation/organ donation.

Kidney Disease affects 1 in 9 Americans; these people could be your family members, co-workers and customers.

There are over 90,000 people waiting for a life-saving transplant.

Donate an item to the auction. You can use the donation as a tax-deduction. We are looking for things like:

Overnight Accommodations, Retail and Dining Gift Certificates, Memorabilia (Sports, TV, Movie, Boston), Golf Foursomes and Equipment, Art, Concert and Sports Tickets, Jewelry, Gourmet Food Products, Unique Experiences (i.e.: backstage at a concert), Footwear, Unique clothing

Children’s Toys and Books, Services (manicure, hair, lawn, etc.)

Miniatures -- Room Boxes, kits, specialty items, etc
